Ace of Ace idea / Exclusive AoA lounge

Ace of aces is a badge (non-live/source) that signifies you have completed all 9 squads. 3 neutral/imp/rebel. Most servers give you a title "Ace of Aces".

Kinda boring. I had an idea to both add this badge to the server, and add an interesting mechanic. - 10 tokens off items from Kash Nunes. (who is on nova orion space station - his purpose is to sell convoy schems as well as part/tier select loot, bought with duty tokens. EX: he charges 80 tokens for a re6 cap.)

Couple ideas how to implement this.
1). Create a pilot lounge that can only be entered if you have the badge. Maybe use one of the empty rooms on Nova Orion
2). Offer AoA duty token vendor with the discount.
3). Add other vendors to sell pilot only rewards / the gcw2 token vendors/ ect.
4). add Chassis dealer / Ship management terminals
5). Maybe use the AI quest system for unique quests/rewards?

Side note about the vendor: Currently Kash Nunes has limited stock which does NOT include quest rewards/convoy rewards/nyms rewards. I think it would be really cool to make the AOA vendor include that as part of it's random part table. So ya, you can blow 5000 tokens, but doesn't mean you'll roll a t-62 engine. Pure RNG.
