Increase Win-Payout Tokens from 100 to 300 in GCW2

GCW2 could use a win-payout bump. The current payout for winning is 100 tokens. Suggested to bump this to 300 tokens.
Look into the difference in payout between being PvP flagged and Non-PvP flagged.
