Space Scavenging

Pooks had a brilliant idea of having a chance of a random broken down capital ship or space container being in space. You could "dock" with it and potentially get maybe smuggled goods, contraband, space parts, decor, resources, Maybe ground stuff like ground rls?

This would give smugglers some new way to get illegal mods and the occasional oh wow factor.

Recommendation: Make the container/ship have 12 hour cooldown and randomly spawn in a galaxy. Maybe 1-2 of these server wide. So that way sometimes you might find one, some days you don't. Die hards might find it more often than not.

Further recommendation: have it guarded by a gunboat. Tier 5. Also recommend it be something like blacksun faction or some other pirate faction.
