Bubba Joe came up with this idea of a terminal that featured a re-coloring process. He made a terminal that you could use to re-color clothing, furniture etc. It was on his space station hub. A lot of players used it. So if you wanted to re-color a chair you would radial menu the terminal and an expansive color palette would become available so you could re-color your chair.
