Move Entertainer Buff Abilities from Drama to Artist Buff Tab
Please consider re-working entertainer expertise to have the ability to buff yourself and others outside of a cantina from the Drama tab to the Artist buff tab, It really doesn't make any send to have to waste 8 useless points and then another 5 skill points to get that expertise.
It makes more sense to place the ability to buff under the main buff tab in Artist.
The way it is now, to be a proper buffer you have to get most of the Artist tab and you don't have 13 points to get the ability to buff outside of a cantina.
Doing the GCW invasion quest Heal Fatigue, you can't heal anyone's fatigue at the invasion location if you don't get that expertise,

I had to buff another player yesterday and he noticed I wasn't giving him a full ent buff. The armor resists were too low. But in order to participare as an entertainer in the GCW leveling process I have to get the expertise on that other tab to be able to do the heal fatigue quest for the GCW invasions.
If I don't have that expertise I miss out on a very important aspect of healing my alt's fatigue while we build for phase 1 and also by being able to complete the quest.
I also have to not be able to give myself and others a proper, full entertainer buff.
