Flashlight Right-Click Glitch During Rescue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Dead by Daylight
2. Play as survivor
3. Equip Lara Croft using her "Iconic Lara" outfit
4. Equip Very rare utility flashlight
5. Add odd bulb and high-end sapphire flashlight as add-ons to flashlight
6. Press "Play"
7. Ready up when in the lobby with teammates.
8. Play the match normally as you load in.

Explanation

I usually bring flashlight into most of my matches in dead by daylight, but I've never experienced a bug like this. Whenever I go to rescue a teammate or blind the killer, I realize that my right-click to pull out flashlight doesn't work. I thought it was a key-bind issue but I looked closer at my survivors hand and it looked like I was just holding the front of the flashlight (the bulb). This bug caused me to lose many rescues and blind opportunities, even causing me to lose a few matches. You can fix this bug temporarily by pressing the pick-up item button, but it goes back to being glitched after a while and wastes time. I'm not sure if it's just me, or if it's because of the specific flashlight rarity and add-on I used, but please fix this bug.
