SafeLock becomes permanently filled after accepting and completing 'Lab Rat' mission

Steps to Reproduce

1. accept the mission for lab rat to place the briefcase under the semi truck in the auto shop.
2. die somehow
3. respawn and reaccept the mission
4. pickup the new briefcase spawned upon accepting the mission again
5. complete the mission by placing the briefcase in the box below the semi
6. observed that only the briefcase in your bag has been removed
7. exfil and sell any thing you dont want/need
8. destroy the safelock box hoping a new one will spawn upon death
9. accept the mission to kill the gang leader in the marketplace
10. infil to alpha 2 LZ for the Lamang faction
11. gun down two guys near the striped tarp on the southwest of the starting town
12. access their inventory to take their AK and ammo
13. pickup the ak and magazines
14. close inventory
15. crash back to desktop
16. login and find your gear and kit is missing and you have only a knife

Explanation

SafeLock Bugged. The SafeLock became bugged after accepting the mission for lab rat to place the briefcase under the semi truck in the auto shop. Dying with that briefcase in your SafeLock will bug out the safe lock as the briefcase remains behind. the game should force you to accept the mission again which will spawn a new briefcase picking it up will place it in your bag completing the task after that will only take the briefcase from your bag leaving the one in the SafeLock with the briefcase being a task item it can not be dropped therefore permanently filling your SafeLock with a briefcase you can't get rid of.
i also suffered a hard crash and subesquently lost my gear soon there after. i had gunned down two guys near the tarp on the southwest side of pan la (the lamang starting town)upon opening their inventory to take their AK and Ammo i crashed back to desktop and lost all of my gear.
