Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as a tester into a project.
2. Notice support tickets menu item
3. Clicking it reveals active support tickets

Explanation

Support tickets are visible from tester perspective, if a ticket contains sensitive information it might be seen. Knowledge base and interactions also appear as menu items for testers.
