Steps to Reproduce

1. I purchased this outfit/cosmetic from the store.
2. I am using these outfits/cosmetics.
3. But I didn't unlock the achievement.
4. Change the equipped outfit/cosmetic.
5. The bug still persists

Explanation

I performed the operation as described in the achievement requirements, but did not receive the achievement. I've selected a cosmetic item for every equipment slot, but the achievement still hasn't unlocked. Attached are screenshots showing both my current equipped cosmetics and the incomplete achievement status.
