Missing Level 43 Land Segment After Leveling Up

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the game app on computer, in my case in a browser on an Apple Mac desktop
2. Play the FMV app for almost an hour, fulfilling the daily challenge tasks, making products and gathering coins
3. Note that the level-up monitor is nearing its completion appearance
4. Receive on-screen notification and animated graphics celebrating the fact that I have reached Level 43
5. Notice that the segment of land beside my workspace has been unlocked, showing the unlock graphic as described above
6. Do more work in the game, cleaning up goods that were scattered by merging and organizing etc.
7. Prepare to go to the unlocked segment and click on it or zoom in to the graphic to see how much in gold coins is required to purchase it
8. Note that the described segment of land no longer has the number "43" on it, the appearance of being unlocked, or even still exists with a lock on it. And neither does the next segment, previously labeled "44."
9. Close the game, refresh the webpage, click "Play" to re-enter the game
10. Game opens but the land segments still appear as described above. There is nothing unlocked, and no longer a number "43" or "44."

Explanation

Farm Valley Merge app:
I leveled up to Level 43 while working this evening during the Fast Forward Event from 7-8 PM. Soon after being notified of my new level I saw in the app that the segment of land that belonged to Level 43 had been made available for purchase. It showed the yellow coin symbol on it with the amount required to purchase it in a tag beside it.

After doing some cleanup work on the farm, I decided to go ahead and purchase the land. Now when I looked for the segment that had been made available, it was no longer there? There also was no longer a land segment with the circle with "43" inside it and a padlock symbol, nor was there any longer a segment "44!"

The next segment of land on my farm is labeled "45."

I logged out from the app, refreshed the browser page, and logged back in to the game. It still showed the same thing. No available plot of land for L43, no available plots anywhere, and no indicator of a segment belonging to L44.

I made a screenshot of what it looks like with dashed lines drawn around where the segment used to be - the one that said "44" on it and had the appearance of being unlocked. I have attached it to this report.

My whole motivation for working so hard during this event was to gain the points necessary to level up so I could buy more land- so I would have more rocks and trees to chop. It was hard work. And now the reward I was looking forward to has disappeared.

I hope you can explain what happed or fix what must be a bug.
