Should add a Food Rotting Update, Where if u leave food sitting out for too long it spoils over time and gets bad and if u eat it you get really sick and have to go to the hospital. I also think it would be realistic to pay an hospital bill unless u have insurance (the insurance should be included with the premium gamepass) this update Would go great if you guys are planning on adding a hospital update!
