Steps to Reproduce

1. Figure out the major cause of lag around the map.
2. Don't change anything in our build mode when it won't make a difference with lag.

Explanation

It may not be a bug I'm not sure- but please let us change the texture for everything even the smallest details like handles. I noticed you removed the option to add texture to old items like the frosted modern door, I can't add texture to it. I'm assuming it's to reduce lag but I haven't noticed anything yet. It will make such a huge difference for us thank you.
