Explanation

Hi a glitch happened for me that I have lost all my plots and it's been a month and a half short of a year ago that I made a bug report. That was September 20, LAST YEAR. They told me to wait, it'll get fixed soon, ALL 3 TIMES I asked about it (following up once every month for 3 months). I made another bug report kindly explaining what happened and asking what's going on, it's ticket 1033 on betahub. That was on Jul 23. Yeah, 4 days ago. Not only is the ticket unresolved, it's still UNASSIGNED. I'm not trying to be rude, but I need to know what's going on. I've been told "oh just wait" and have been waiting for a YEAR, and when I try following up after what I personally think we could consider atleast a FAIR amount of time, I not only get no answers, but I'm basically ignored. Not tryna be rude so I hope it doesn't come off that way but please someone help I've been waiting patiently long enough. Please don't ignore this ticket too.
