Steps to Reproduce

1. Place an AC Unit of any kind
2. Turn off the power
3. Whatever state it was left in such as on or off will remain the same when power is turned on or off

Explanation

The AC units do not turn off or on when switching the power, they only turn off IF you do not pay your bills. If you have a ton of AC units placed, this means you have to tediously turn on ALL of them.
