Steps to Reproduce

1. Simple: Visit the downtown pier.
2. Notice that where all the decorative palm trees and plants are supposed to be, are in fact not there.
3. Go to the beach right beside the pier, where the showers are glitched and spawned many on top of each other.
4. Drive underwater to the island in the distance, the surrounding rocks just do not show.

Explanation

So recently ever since the pier revamp update, many places/things around the beachfront area just don't show up at all. For example, on the pier itself, many of the extra trees, plants, and general decorations just don't show up, even down to its core. They're not just invisible, but don't load in at all. Other various locations that have this are the showers along the beach (in which another one spawns on the opposite side of them), and the big rocks not loading in at the island in the distance. Now I'm not sure of the factuality of this statement but I've heard from others that it seems to be a mobile-related issue.
