Explanation

Whenever I try to do the mining job, the game doesn't let me mine the stones. Instead of the 'mine' button it always shows 'place' and when I tap place a warning comes that placing is not possible. Resetting my avatar does not fix the issue, rejoining the server does not fix the issue, restarting the job does not fix the issue.
