Explanation

For some reason i cannot pick up a pizza when ever i go to the pizza delivery job. I am pressing it clearly with my computer mouse but it still is not letting me at all, i even tried to get off the moped, restart the game several times and restart my computer but nothing seems to be working. Can you please look into this? Thanks
