Steps to Reproduce

Explanation

when im building sometimes i try to place things and it glitches and disappears so i go to try and place them again and it works as normal but then ill find the objects randomly through my build and have to delete them but today i was building and its not letting me delete it or undo it and its not recognising it at all, this usually doesn't happen so idk why it has but yeah, i went out of build mode to see if i can still see them there and you can.
