Steps to Reproduce

1. Painting in build mode
2. Game screen froze while in-game clock and other UI remained active
3. Rejoining the game
4. Screen turned black after selecting a plot
5. Only the UI was visible with it frozen in the middle of a fade/transition

Explanation

My screen froze while in build mode but the UI like the timer and date in the top left of my screen never froze. Now whenever I rejoin the screen seems frozen in transitions between the UI. For example, I still see the menu to go to more neighborhoods and the Robux store while also in the selecting my plot menu. Nothing changes depending on the server even after restarting my computer the glitch still remains in all servers I join.
