Steps to Reproduce

1. launch bloxburg on a banned account
2. click the "Appeal ban" button
3. Observe the infinite loading screen loop

Explanation

Every time I try to click the in-game appeal button from the main menu, the screen completely freezes and gets stuck on an infinite loading loop. I have tried to access the link on multiple different devices, including both a mobile device and a PC, but the exact same glitch happens every single time. It seems like the internal web browser or external redirect is entirely broken right now. Because of this loading bug, it is currently impossible for players to actually reach or fill out the support form, so I wanted to report this here so the developers can look into fixing the main menu link.
