Visually Grown Plants Not Offering EXP or Harvest Option

Steps to Reproduce

1. Plant several plants on a plot using dirt piles or planters
2. Wait for the plants to grow
3. Once they appear to be fully grown, some of them will not glow with gardening EXP. They will not be harvestable, and interacting with them will only show a 'remove' interaction
4. Relogging the game will yield EXP and the option to harvest, but slows farming down significantly

Explanation

Plants sometimes are visually fully grown, but do not offer EXP or an option to sell unless you leave and rejoin the game
