Steps to Reproduce

1. Fix the Balloon Figure Kit
2. Fix the white cloud appearing when item is used.

Explanation

The Balloon Figure Kit glitches into a cloud. Whenever you try to make a balloon out of that kit, it just forms a cloud and you cannot move unless you jump. The more balloons you make, the more clouds appear, it basically gets densed. You can fix the cloud issue by respawning but you would not be able to obtain a balloon from the item.
