Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Build Mode
2. Select the Taped Photograph
3. Drag it to where you want it, but it ends up somewhere else on the plot
4. Once bugged, it cannot be removed, deleted or interacted with.

Explanation

When I’m building, I usually use Taped Photographs for my decals. Today, I noticed that they seem to be bugged.

I select the Taped Photograph and drag it to where I want it, but sometimes it ends up getting stuck somewhere else on the plot. Once it does this, I can’t select it or interact with it at all, meaning I can’t delete it, resize it, or copy/paste it.

I’m not sure what’s causing it, but it seems to happen randomly when placing the item.
