Explanation
Username: SingingIris13
When I logged into Bloxburg today, I received a pop-up message stating that there was an issue and that some of my items had been removed. The message listed two deleted items, which I believe were a “Gable Roof” and a “Wall Lantern.” It also stated that I would be refunded for the removed items.
Because of this, I clicked “OK” and continued playing, assuming the refund had been properly added to my in-game money. Unfortunately, I later realized that I did not receive the correct amount back. The money currently in my account does not match the value of the deleted items, even when excluding the cost of materials and coloring.
I do not have a screenshot of the pop-up because I trusted that the refund process had worked correctly at the time. I would appreciate it if this issue could be reviewed and my missing refund investigated. Picture below is my house after the items got deleted. (the wall lantern was on my garage roof)
