Explanation

In build mode I’m trying to place a fall wreath on my door and every time I do it gets stuck in one spot right before the door. I recorded a video of the issue where I tried clicking on the wreath I tried exiting build mode and re-entering. I’ve also showed where I went to a different plot of mine and the wreath is still in the same spot with the same issues. When I leave the game and rejoin it’s not there, but the issue is still happening no matter how many times i’ve rejoined. It’s also happening with my Christmas wreaths as well. I’m not sure how to send the video in to show the problem.
