Hollow Gable Roof Deletes Individually and Does Not Refund Money

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter build mode on bloxburg plot.
2. Open the roof/building section and select the Hollow Gable Roof.
3. Place the Hollow Gable Roof on the plot and confirm the purchase.
4. Observe that the roof consists of multiple individual sections/components.
5. Attempt to delete the Hollow Gable Roof using the normal delete tool.
6. Notice that the complete roof cannot be removed as one item.
7. Delete the individual roof sections/components separately.
8. Check the player's in-game money before and after deleting the roof.
9. Observe that the money spent on the Hollow Gable Roof is not returned after deleting its components.
10. Compare this behaviour with a normal build item that can be deleted as one item and has its purchase cost refunded.

Explanation

When deleting a Hollow Gable Roof in Bloxburg, the roof does not behave as a single item when it is removed. Instead, the roof is made up of multiple individual sections, such as the two sloped side pieces and the top/connecting section. Because these sections have to be deleted separately, removing the entire Hollow Gable Roof requires multiple individual deletions.

More importantly, the money spent on the roof is not refunded when the individual pieces are deleted. This means that after purchasing the Hollow Gable Roof and then removing it, the player loses the money they originally spent on the item. This makes it different from normal build items, where deleting an item generally returns the amount spent on it.

The expected behaviour is that the Hollow Gable Roof should function as one complete build item when placed and deleted. When the player deletes the roof, the entire roof should be removed together rather than requiring each individual component to be deleted. The full amount of money originally spent on the Hollow Gable Roof should also be refunded to the player.

This issue can cause players to lose in-game money when experimenting with different roof designs or accidentally placing the Hollow Gable Roof and deciding to remove it. It would be more consistent with the normal building system if the roof could be selected and deleted as one item with its full purchase price returned.
