Steps to Reproduce

1. Fix the pool to not turn into concrete
2. don't let the items vanish
3. Also fix the pool floaties to not respawn you
4. And to help the pool floaties from vanishing when you enter buildmode

Explanation

Public pool turns into concrete and all the objects such as slides, disapeer the further you go into the pool
