Incorrect Positioning of Interaction Popups for Various Items in Build Mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter Build Mode
2. Place an appliance, bookcase, TV, etc. - most interactable objects
3. Exit Build Mode
4. Try to interact with the item

Explanation

Various placed items have their interaction popup incorrectly located at the very bottom of the item. This includes stoves, microwaves, all refrigerators, the Large Simplicity Bookcase, Messy Clothing Rack, Pixelview Infinity TV... seemingly most, if not all, interactable objects besides windows and doors.

Plain shaker cabinets have their prompt at the very top of the cabinet. Ceiling fans also have the prompt at the very top, where you need to jump to reach them.

I tested on two separate plots, two different servers, two devices, rejoined, and the issue remains.
