Steps to Reproduce

1. After choosing the plot & location, the screen shows the old plot selection UI before loading into the game.
2. This issue has been occurring for a few weeks.
3. Tapped onto the plot selection UI to see if it would still cycle through the neighborhoods.
4. After the plot loaded, looking up caused the sky box to change to that menu.
