'Box' Placement Mode Fails After Switching Back to Manual/Automatic

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place something (maybe in a neighborhood?) using the 'Box' placement type
2. Switch back to manual/automatic
3. Sometimes it won't work
4. When it doesn't work, it doesn't work for the entirety of the neighborhood life
5. This issue keeps reoccurring

Explanation

The 'Box' mode on the placement type, whenever i accidentally place it down sometimes (i only play in my neighborhood), whenever i switch back to manual/automatic it won't work! like doesn't register at all its being placed. nothing gets shown in the developer console
