1. I’m not sure what this box is actually for im so sorry :( but I’ve given all the details in the first box

Explanation

I would like to report a serious issue, I have somehow lost a gamepass. I have played bloxburg for several years (around 5) and used to own the transform + gamepass. Upon rejoining the game to make a halloween house after a few months I have found I no longer own that gamepass? I used it this year a few months ago whilst building a house so im not sure why its no longer available to me. I have no receipt for buying it as I did get it a few years ago around when it released and I have no proof of any sized objects as I deleted my plots. I would like some support for a refund or getting the gamepass back. I still love the game but I have no idea why my gamepass is gone as i have several others and its made me a little upset as it costs 600 robux.
