Walls Disappear Near Plot Borders and Cause Terrain Issues

Steps to Reproduce

1. Stayed in build mode for a few minutes.
2. Placed walls near the edges of the plot.
3. The walls strangely disappeared.

Explanation

Whenever walls are too close to the borders of your plot, they disappear completely and stop rendering. When this happens, you also get strange little dips/ditches around the borders. It usually fixes for a few seconds if you leave and rejoin, but then it starts doing it again. This is my personal experience. I have also tried fixing my graphics quality, but it did not help.
