Blockbux Photo Booth Item Disappeared After Undo Operation

Steps to Reproduce

1. After reaching 100% of the plot data, I placed custom items. When I clicked undo, I got an error. The attached screenshots show an error that occurred with a table; the same error happened to me with the Photoboot
2. The Photoboot disappeared from my plot, it doesn't appear in my inventory, and it doesn't appear even when I log back into the game.

Explanation

Hello, I would like to report a bug involving a Blockbux item disappearing from my plot.

This happened at around 7:23 PM Central Standard Time (UTC -6, Mexico).

I had reached 100% Plot Data on my plot and purchased additional Plot Data. After that, I started getting repeated errors whenever I placed objects and used Undo. The error message said:

“ServerScriptService.Modules.ObjectPlacer: Failed to load”

I attached a screenshot of one of these errors.

The main issue happened with a Photo Booth that I purchased using Blockbux. I moved and rotated the item, but I did not like the new position, so I used Undo to return it to its previous location.

As soon as I pressed Undo, I received an error very similar to the one shown in the screenshot I attached, except this time it referenced the Photo Booth item instead of the table.

Immediately after the error appeared, the Photo Booth disappeared completely from my plot.

I did NOT receive any money refund.
It did NOT return to my inventory.
It was NOT anywhere on my plot after rejoining the game multiple times.

This is especially important because Blockbux items normally do not disappear when removed. They are usually sent directly back to the inventory instead of being deleted. In this case, the item completely vanished and is no longer accessible anywhere.

The item was essentially deleted by the game after the Undo action and error occurred.

Unfortunately, I do not have a screenshot of the exact moment it disappeared, but I do have:

• A screenshot showing the Photo Booth on my plot before the error
• A screenshot of the ObjectPlacer error
• A screenshot showing the Photo Booth missing from my inventory

This happened on mobile shortly after purchasing extra Plot Data.

You should also be able to verify through my account logs that:

• I purchased the Photo Booth with Blockbux
• It was the only Photo Booth purchased on my account
• The item is no longer present on my plot or in my inventory

(I've attached screenshots showing that I had the photo booth in my plot before the error).

Please help me recover the item or the Blockbux spent on it. Thank you.
