1. Sometimes, even on the street, everything disappears
2. It doesn't even load my house properly
3. When I switch to 'disappear' mode, everything disappears—the street, my house, everything

Explanation

Hi! I’m having a serious bug in Bloxburg that has been happening for almost two months.

When I enter Build Mode, parts of my plot randomly disappear. Sometimes the entire house, objects, walls, streets, and other things stop rendering or become invisible. It only happens on my account and on my Acer Windows 11 laptop. I tested another Roblox account on the same laptop, and the problem did not happen there.

I already tried lowering and increasing the graphics settings, restarting Roblox, and other basic troubleshooting, but nothing permanently fixes it.

What’s strange is that the bug sometimes disappears by itself for a few days, and then suddenly comes back, like it did today. Because of this, I can’t reliably build or edit my house.

This has been happening for almost two months, and I would really appreciate it if you could investigate whether this is an account-specific or Build Mode rendering bug.
