Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a neighbor or server
2. Start driving or walking around the map
3. Notice that buildings, roads, and houses load very slowly
4. Sometimes buildings do not appear until getting close to them
5. My own house also loads slowest after spawning in

Explanation

Buildings and streets take a very long to to load or taking forever. I have to be like right up close for the buildings or roads to load even then I’m always waiting for the buildings or streets to load even my house. This happens a lot when I’m playing and makes the game difficult to navigate. And it’s not the first time I’ve switched iPads too and still does the same.
