Steps to Reproduce

1. Firstly take an item out
2. click on a player
3. remove the item
4. press give on the player
5. then you can carry them

Explanation

Basically you can carry anyone without having them in the family or having permissions.
Also it changes with the age you are so if someone is elder and you are adult then you can't carry the elder.
