Incorrect Menu Opens When Clicking 'Change Picture' Button

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go up to any picture frame or door
2. Press "E" for PC or tap the arrow on mobile
3. Menu for all options then shows up

Explanation

When I click the "change picture" button, it does not take me to the menu for choosing a picture or entering an asset ID. Instead, it opens the menu with all options (which is the same menu as pressing E to interact). A similar problem occurs with doors. Instead of being able to just press E twice to open and close the door, you have to press it, click out of the menu with "lock for guests" and "knock" then press E again.
