Steps to Reproduce

1. Take any Sterling Phantom Cruiser (The ghost busters one no because that one does have collisions)
2. Run into a tree or a light
3. Go to some 'steep' terrain
4. Drive on bridges where the sides don't protect you

Explanation

The Sterling Phantom Cruiser does not have collissions when being used, making it so when going uphill it may phase through terrain, and it will also phase through anything, only the player has collissions.
