Explanation

A few days ago I gifted my friend the multiple floor gamepass. Later I asked him if he had got it and he had no idea that I even gifted to him. He checked/tried using it/rejoined like did everythin and he still hasnt got it. Can you please help regarding this. i have attatched the screenshot from the transactions page.
