Ceiling Lights Placed Through Floor Instead of Roof

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into Build mode
2. Get a ceiling light from the tool box
3. Try to place it down
4. Then it goes through the floor and not onto the roof

Explanation

The ceiling lights get placed in the floor whenever I try to place them from above when the roof is off, this is unless there is a floor or roof above that you can go up one level and place them through the floor, but can't see where you are placing them, the light is not bleeding through walls, it just won't let me place them normally
