Steps to Reproduce

1. give us a warning that structural beams cannot be placed in the air or on top of nothing
2. unless it is attached to something or attached to another structural beam

Explanation

hi i was trying to make a roof for my outdoor sitting area in my backyard and as i was putting the structural beams on top of the pillar, i accidentally put 2 beams because im still trying to get use to the new update that came out today, now one of the beams are out of place and floating about the ground and not sitting on anything and i cannot delete it and it will not let me click on it, this type of bug has happened to me many times when building and i could not get it off my plot unless i bulldozed it.
