Mobile Roof Resizing Issue in Manual Placement

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select manual placement
2. Place a roof (I tested flat and slanted)
3. Try to select the dots on the roof 4) Try to resize it
4. Try to resize it

Explanation

On mobile, when trying to resize the roofs it doesn't function properly. I can't select the dots to move and when the dots are selected, the roof resizes along with my screen POV moving. The resizing is also very difficult to control as it jumps from smallest to biggest size very quickly. This only occurs when placing it manually or automatically, box placement doesn't have this problem
