Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a fence that is placed up to a wall and a certain part of it gets cut off.
2. Do the same for the wall.
3. Refer to the video provided to see the fence part that is being talked about.

Explanation

its not like a serious bug, just something to do with building and a wall goes through another wall, i dont think its suppost to happen
