Steps to Reproduce

1. While driving around the map, the decal suddenly appeared near the school area.
2. A few minutes later, it disappeared on its own.

Explanation

Random decals from a player's plot can appear around the map in unrelated locations.

In this case, an RB Battles decal that exists somewhere on my plot appeared near the Bloxburg School parking lot

There is nothing important in console.

I could not find a reliable way to reproduce this bug consistently.
