Steps to Reproduce

1. Making tools cover selected areas efficiently.
2. Issue with the size of the circle being too large.
3. Red arrows being positioned too far away.
4. The shape being rectangular with specific dimensions.
5. Difficulty in using the transform tool efficiently.
6. Request for free roam or the ability to angle the camera for easier shape manipulation.

Explanation

Ridiculously large transform circle and certain movement arrows extremely far away from no reason
