Steps to Reproduce

1. Select the "Wooden Planter Fence"
2. In build mode and then you can see a rolling cylinder.

Explanation

The "Wooden Planter Fence" Has a minor Glitch. Whenever you Select the Fence it shows a rolling cylinder along with the main fence.
