Steps to Reproduce
- Place items on my plot
- Save
- Leave the game
- Rejoin later
- Observe that some items are missing and no refund is received
- Join Bloxburg on mobile
- Try to use the copy feature
- Note that the copy feature no longer works after the recent update
- Rejoin the game
- Observe that the missing convertible and other purchased items have disappeared

Hey! First, I just wanted to say that you guys are doing an amazing job. I've been playing for almost a decade, and I love all the updates and improvements you've made. Bloxburg keeps getting more fun to play!
I did want to mention a few issues I've been having. Since the recent update, it's been very difficult to play on mobile. For example, whenever I try to copy something, it no longer works properly.
I've also had items disappear from my plot after leaving and rejoining the game. Most recently, a large number of plants I placed were gone when I came back. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time it's happened. I also never received any money back for the lost items.
In addition, I've lost my convertible and several other items that were purchased with purple currency. It's been frustrating because I really liked that car and it’s a lot of the purple money that I never got back.
I really enjoy the game and appreciate all the work your team puts into it. I just wanted to bring these issues to your attention and hope they can be looked into. Thank you!
