Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the circle banner or really any banner.
2. Place it down using manual placement.
3. Wait around 3 seconds later for the bug to happen.

Explanation

So I was placing down the circle banner and like it would glitch and add it again and whenever I tried to delete it and I tried to reset and eventually I had to rejoin. This happens to like any banner I place
