Custom Blocks Inability to Move with Transform Tool

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using custom pillars to create a guard rail for stairs.
2. The first 15 pillars worked, and they could be moved with the transform tool.
3. After copying one of the custom blocks, it could not be moved with the transform tool.
4. All the other pillars still worked, but no matter how many pillars were placed, they could not be moved.
5. Using the scale tool worked.
6. Reloading the game did not resolve the issue until the pillars were deleted and one was placed back down.

Explanation

Custom Blocks wont move with transform tool, the scale tool still worked but could not move them.
