Steps to Reproduce

1. I have been building
2. I want a wall to place
3. The wall will not place
4. I have moved everything around
5. I have deleted stuff
6. Nothing will allow me to place my wall here

Explanation

Wall not placing? i have no idea why i have moved things around but still wont place. i have restarted the game to still find the same issue with that wall
